Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Thank you for using FitnessScanAI. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and FitnessScanAI. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FitnessScanAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FitnessScanAI for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscription Services

FitnessScanAI offers auto-renewable subscription services:

• Subscription Period: 1 year (12 months)
• Subscription Content: During each subscription period, you will have access to:
  • Ad-free experience
  • Unlimited AI body composition analysis
  • Unlimited workout plan generation
  • Unlimited diet plan and food analysis
  • All premium features
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Account Settings.
• Price: The subscription price is displayed in the app and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Not use the app to transmit any harmful code or content
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FitnessScanAI are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FitnessScanAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The AI analysis provided is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical or fitness advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FitnessScanAI.

8. Health and Medical Disclaimer

FitnessScanAI provides fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or diet program.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to FitnessScanAI at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
